During your procedure, you may be under local or regional anesthesia, depending on the extensiveness of the operation. Dr. Coville inserts a hollow metal cannula and gently removes the fat through a vacuum machine. The scarring is minimal, and the results are undeniable. For your comfort, you can request IV sedation to help you relax during your procedure.

How Much is Liposuction?

Liposuction costs can range depending on the surgeon’s fees, anesthesiologist’s fees, facility fees, lab work and medical tests, prescriptions and pain meds, supplies for recovery, and any follow-up appointments to check your progress. If the doctor does not factor the costs above into his cost estimate, you will still need to factor them into your budget.

Liposuction can range from $2,075 to $15,000, depending on your provider’s expertise and practice location.  

What Results Will I See With Liposuction?

You can see your results faster with modern techniques such as tumescent liposuction. A sterile solution can shrink blood vessels which minimizes blood loss, reduces swelling and bruising, and gives a faster recovery time.

You may see results fairly soon after your procedure, with the final contour appearing around three months after. You’ll see a more pleasing shape and may feel more at ease with your body.
